I do a 4-5 minute warm up on arc trainer, then kick stretch, squat & reach, alt. toe touches, and arm circles- each move for two sets of 12 reps.
THEN I DO THIS…
75 jump ropes & 30 seconds of dynamic planks- 3 rounds
75 jump ropes & 12 cable rotations (each side)- 3 rounds
75 jump ropes & 30 seconds hanging straight leg holds- 3 rounds
75 jump ropes & 12 back extensions- 3 rounds
THIS SHOULD TAKE ROUGHLY 18-25 MINUTES DEPENDING ON IF I REALLY NEED TO TAKE BREAKS. THERE IS A TOTAL OF 900 JUMP ROPES AND SOME REALLY GOOD CORE WORK. MY GOAL WILL BE TO GO TO 100 JUMP ROPES PER SET AND END UP DOING 1200 TOTAL. TRY FOR 125/SET A MONTH OR TWO FROM NOW. I DO THIS 2-3 TIMES A WEEK, OR HOPE TO! 🙂
